I had a really wonderful time at Twestival tonight. I met a lot of lovely people, drank some wine, and, most importantly, we raised a lot of money for Charity:Water. Plus, I had the AWESOME opportunity to meet people who run Charity:Water Australia, and I think I’m going to get more involved (what a shock, lol… though I’ll probably talk about it EVEN MORE now).
It really was a wonderful event, and props to those who organised it. I felt I existed in a funny space, half a twitter-er, and half an insanely ferocious Charity:Water supporter, so it was both a strange and wonderful combination of my passions.
But enough about me. I have to read more of Watchmen (oh, just you WAIT for that blog about that one) then get to bed. I’m pretty happy, though, and it’s really, really nice.
