Erin is a writer and journalist from Sydney, Australia. Her work focuses on gender, sport and society, though she has the occasional foray into pop culture and politics. She has an Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English and History, with an honours thesis focusing on the growth of AFL in NSW before 1982, and a Master of Letters (with Merit) in US Studies from the University of Sydney. She has taught Sports History at UNSW and US Politics at the University of Sydney. Her work has been featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, SBS Zela, ABC’s The Drum, The Guardian, Black Inc and more.
Erin has ten years’ experience in corporate communications in a range of fields as diverse as sport, politics, agriculture and infrastructure.
