I’m going to make ratatouille.  I’ve never made it before, but I’m excited.  I love French food, which is virtually impossible when one is eating Vegan, so I’m glad I have an option with Ratatouille.

The Ratatouille was freaking amazing. The best texture. A phenomenal flavour. It lasted as left-overs for DAYS.

Wait, Miss Megan, til you hear about my more recent cooking exploits. It’ll be enough to make you trade in that American passport of yours and move to Australia for good.
