What an appropriate 50th post.
I did Bakasana.
I mean, I REALLY did bakasana.
I managed to hold it for a few seconds on Saturday, but today I did it FOUR times, and held it for at least 10 seconds each time- long enough to start thinking about my foot position.
I am so excited.
Plus, I can now do the camel with flat feet rather than cocked toes, and there’s another pose- I’ve forgotten what it’s called- where I can go completely flat.
Seven weeks of thrice-weekly yoga classes are paying off BIG time. I’m so happy!
