Dinner tonight.

I’m going to make ratatouille.  I’ve never made it before, but I’m excited.  I love French food, which is virtually impossible when one is eating Vegan, so I’m glad I have an option with Ratatouille.

  1. The Ratatouille was freaking amazing. The best texture. A phenomenal flavour. It lasted as left-overs for DAYS.
