Food blogging

Dinner last night- though it was no special occasion- was fantastic. I made Penne A la Vodka from Veganomicon, which was just amazing. I can’t recommend it enough, and I can’t wait to go home and have leftovers tonight (sadly, though, it will have to wait til after Yoga, which finishes at 8:45, which is late for dinner). Then, for dessert, I made a lemon self-saucing pudding. YUM.
